Made an appointment for Monday at the Gilbert office. Never told me the Gilbert office is closed on Mondays. I asked specifically for the Gilbert office Because it is closer to where I live, spent 60 bucks on a cab due to lack of communication or knowledge. called back to speak to a office manager but the person on the phone was only Concerned about me getting to leighighton that day. UPDATE*** I called Gajula's office because my daughter has not peed in over 7 hours and has a yeast infection. I was told by one of the staff Members that I would get a call back within 5-10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before calling back and the staff member never told the doctor or anyone. TOTALLY SWITCHING! ----- If you take your children to Northeastern Pediatrics I strongly recommend you DO NOT see Chaya Shuchant NP.
