I went to Dr. Gadget for the 1st time with issues charging my phone. Chris was able to identify I needed a new charger port installed. He didn't have the part needed but quickly called another location which had only 1 on hand. He went to get the part and fixed my phone in less time that was estimated. His customer service was A-1 and I highly recommend this location. It was a great alternative to replacing my phone and I am definitely a satisfied customer.
Chris helped me. No matter how much of a job it seemed to be for Chris, her worked through thick and thin. He bent over backwards. He worked his tail to the bone. This place has always been there for me from replacing a battery to replacing a charging port. They work hard and get things done after you simply walk in for help. Chris was phenomenal! So knowledgeable, prompt and professional. My mother was concerned about her phone screen breaking and he had it repaired in an hour, at a much lower cost than other places! Highly recommend!
Brought my S22 cellphone in to replace a cracked screen. Chris was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The screen looks and works perfectly and he even gave me a recommendation for a place that can fix an external hard drive. Great service, definitely recommend!
