Before I went I should have looked at the reviews because they’re on point. First thing I’ll say is the rude front desk is enough to never go back. Treated like an uneducated idiot, reprimanded and made to feel like they were doing me a favor. The wait for service was unacceptable yet they defended it like every doctor does this. Decent doctor. Horrible office. Wait has been over 2 hours every time I’ve been there. Staff is not nice and doesn’t care about your time or experience. Then 10 minutes with the doctor. Loves to sell tests and screenings.
Dear Dr. Gerstle, I’m writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the ongoing issues with punctuality during my visits. Since my first appointment, delays have been frequent, but recently they’ve become excessive. My last few visits have involved average wait times of around 90 minutes. Most notably, during my most recent appointment, I waited over two hours to be seen—only to have a brief consultation lasting barely seven or eight minutes.
