My husband and I have been seeing Dr Rendon for our colonoscopies for years. He always explains things clearly, before and after the procedure. He’s great about answering questions and has a competent, friendly demeanor.
I know Dr.Rendon’s short term and long term plans to take care of my gastrointestinal issues.

Dr Rendon is very knowledgeable , compassionate, and listens in regards to his patients problems . He takes his time and explains procedures , medications , side effects and diets I felt very confident after our discussions and at ease and trust and value his opinions. Dr. Gabriel Rendon is an excellent Gastroenterologist, friendly, professional and Board-Certified. He explains your condition thoroughly and answers all your questions. He talks with you before and after your procedure so you understand what he found and how to proceed. I am so grateful for having him as my doctor and all the work he did removing Polyps and keeping my colon healthy. Thank you Dr. Rendon and Texas Endoscopy's staff who care for you during the Colonoscopy.
First visit was great! He answered my questions and explained to me my options available. Staff was friendly!
This visit was my second, I go every 5 years. He is friendly and engaging. He explains the procedure first then after recovery, he visits to provide results. Yes, I would recommend him for this procedure.

The Dr. seems good so far, but the staff is non-responsive, rude when you ask questions, comes across uneducated in their grammar, and doesn't follow through. I'm still waiting for blood orders to be sent to me snail mail after 3 weeks of being told I needed blood drawn and they also do not respond to their email and I'm still waiting for a phone call back from voicemail - very disappointing.
