I thought I had found a great dentist and then realized they were only in for the money. I had a family emergency where I suddenly had to move out of state and I had to cancel my appointment the day before and instead of having understanding and compassion they charge me $150 Fee and are now hounding me for a minor $21. I will never recommend them to anyone. They’re only in it for the money.
Dr Malouf is so great about tying the health of your body to the health of your teeth and vice versa. When he moved his practice from Snoqualmie to Woodinville, our whole family followed him. And we would again! Professional, passionate about his work and so down to earth. Thank you Malouf and team!!
Adding note on 4/1/2025 Please refund the cancelation fee first, then we can talk. Like I said, this practice only medical field uses to charge people for not showing up for what ever reason. I also want to have a business when I charge my customer for not buying from me. I do not care if you have this policy and I know most of medical institutions have this policy, but it's about time to change this ludicrous policy. I had to cancel my appointment, yet they still charged me a $150 cancellation fee. To make things even more absurd, they later asked me to leave a review with this message: "Hi Peter, This is Dr. Malouf. I hope you had a great experience at my practice. Would you mind leaving me a review by tapping the link below? I look forward to reading what you have to say!" The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Moulof educated me about biological dental hygiene and overall health. Still hoping we can save my tooth so I don’t have to say I lost it during a hockey game.
