I have been trying to reach "Dawn" on behalf of one of our patients. She wouldn't talk to me from the patients phone and told him I had to call their office. I've done that now 3 times, the call goes directly to office info, I can't get anyone on the phone and have been on hold for up to 15minutes! We're supposed to be here for the patient but how does that happen if no one answers the phone! Shameful. If it weren't convenient for the patient he would go elsewhere. Spectacular and very helpful staff
Dr.Dassa is the best now his staff, they are very unprofessional. Ive been a patient since 2008. This location you get spoken to very rudely and getto...Sad..due to his staff, he will continue to lose patients...
