Despite arriving on time for our appointment, the front desk receptionist was rude and unprofessional. What made matters worse was seeing people being seen without appointments while we waited for 2 hours. When I asked about the wait, I was told that these individuals were related to the doctor and were being prioritized. Dotors at Avalon did my knee surgery and it was the best decision of my life. I feel like I can do so much. He truly is gifted and the office staff is great. They really know how to do their job.
