Poor office skills . Surprised how irresponsible staff is when it comes to workman’s compensation cases . I strongly do not recommend this office . Staff is friendly but the level of multitasking isn’t at its greatest. Not to mention it took over a month to get an appointment after my injury happened then they book me an appointment before I could get a mri and I said something to them like that makes no sense why would you see me again when you just told me I needed a mri so then they re scheduled it last minute. Dr. Dassa’s Office is an exceptionally well organized and fully staffed office. Jennifer, Karen, and Katherine will make you feel as if you are the most important patient. Dr. Dassa is a skilled surgeon ; his assistant Greg is a knowledgeable, and kind genius. The chiropractic staff will make you say wow and the physical therapy staff is genuinely interested in your aches and pains. Go here!!!
Does not accept Medicare
I will never recommend this doctors to anyone to go there they are very unprofessional and not responsible .. I have schedule my appointments 5 times in every time they have to reschedule me and the same thing happened over and over again in their office in Civic Center in Poughkeepsie I schedule every time is early in the morning because I have to work and I end up leaving without seeing the doctor after waiting for 3 and 1/2 hours the doctor doesn't even show up:( every time they tell me he stuck in traffic or they have a ... read more
