Every time we came in we were punctual and cordial, but our time was never respected. We were made to wait up to 40min at every visit. The ONE time we are running 20min late we call to let them know we’ll still be coming in and they tell us we have to reschedule our appointment. We’ll be transferring our care elsewhere which is unfortunate because we really liked Dr. Vicente.
Dr. Vicente is fantastic. He was my surgeon for an eye procedure, and his bedside manner is exceptional. He was so helpful in explaining everything to me, and making sure I was comfortable. I was quite nervous to have eye surgery, but he and his team went above and beyond to ease my anxiety.

Our pediatrician strongly recommended Dr. Vicente and oh, my goodness - this practice is spotless, totally kid friendly, efficient (we BARELY waited, and when they said we'd be waiting 20-25 minutes while her eyes dilated, they meant it!), professional, and super, super caring.
