We confirmed our appointment online, and arrived 15 minutes before the 9:30 appointment time, as asked by the office. My 87 year old mother waited in a room for the physician over an hour and 15 minutes past the appointment time. This is not a new problem with this office and this physician. Our time is just as valuable as her time. We have been a patient at this office for over 10 years. We have never been late, but we have always waited long past our appointment time for the doctor.
