Unfortunately, my experience with this office has been overshadowed by the receptionist, Liz. She is consistently rude and unwelcoming. Instead of greeting patients, she often complains that "patients don't listen" and speaks to people in a belittling manner. She even yelled at me in front of other patients because I asked for one of my requisitions that was missing from the ones I had been given. I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience at this medical office. My family and I have been patients here since I was a child, and unfortunately the quality of care and professionalism has significantly declined over the years, especially following the retirement of several long-standing staff members who consistently treated patients with kindness and respect.
