One of the best psychiatrist in Frisco. The appointment process was easy and he took care of my aunt in the most compassionate and nice way. Best psychiatrist! 👨⚕️ 10/10
Staff overcharged twice. The doctor lacked in compassion and expertise. I was misdiagnosed for depression. I suffered severe side effects due to the doctor’s lack of knowledge in the field.
Very accommodating if I have to reschedule. I feel I am listened to and all my questions are answered.
I would give him 0 stars if I could. Does not care for his patients’ health and extremely unprofessional. Horrible communication as well.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have waited a little over a year to address the lack of professionalism stemming from this establishment. My daughter has mental health issues, at the time she was around 16 years old. As a concerned parent I went to her visits with her because I want to know what the treatment plan is, etc. As a parent, I voiced some concerns and Dr. Rizvi raises his voice at me over the phone, yelling at me as if I'm not allowed to question his treatment of my child.
