the best doctor ever
The staff at this office is horrible. They do not know how to do their jobs & many are just unwilling to do them. I waited for one year to get them to send in a preauthorization for an MRI that I needed. They hardly ever answer the phone or you are sent to a voicemail box that has been full for over a year. My primary care physician only works at the hospital now leaving one doctor to handle patients that are double & sometimes triple booked. The doctor who is at the office has to leave by 1 pm everday.
