Cynthia at the front desk is one of the rudest and most unprofessional clerks I’ve ever spoken to.
Dr. Roca is always friendly and kind. We can always get an appointment when needed. We have used her as a pediatrician for the last 6/7 years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Her staff is always helpful also.
I was denied medical treatment from this facility. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Would not recommend. It shouldn't be this hard to get mental health treatment. I had to do an office visit with my primary before I saw her and it cost me $180. Then I had to miss work before letting me know she would not do an evaluation.
