Well what I have to say is simply been amazing. My Husband and I were looking for a new Family Doctor in Ennis and that is something that wasn't easy to do. Finally we were told to check out Dr Puckett's office and looked on the website and our insurance was accepted so we made our first appointments. We were first greeted by an amazing smiling staff member at the desk, sorry I don't know her name, but she was pleasant, smiling and very on top of her game, so that started out a great experience.
Wasted our time and our money. We were very disappointed with both Dr. Puckett and Susan.
The providers and staff are knowledgeable and kind. We are blessed to have them in our community.
Dr Puckett & Susan were very good but their staff is not very efficient. They don't do their job following up on appointments for referrrals that good. You might end up crippled if you wait for them to act up. I believe they should be replaced with more efficient one. Sorry but that's the truth!
Dr. Puckett and staff have been a blessing to me and my sons for years. They are so helpful and actually care.
