Never had a problem I've read some of the reviews and I've never had a problem with anyone there. The staff has never been rude, and I've never had to wait a long time either. I don't believe the one person that said they were never told that they would be seen first by a student. Anytime I have been there and a student has seen my kids first, they have always introduced themselves and I was always asked first if I would allow them to be involved. Diamond in the rough I cannot believe what Im reading. Its sound to me that some people are upset that they cant push Doc Neumann around like they want to. All the complaints I read are similar. Doc Nuemann wouldnt give me pain meds, Doc Nuemann wouldnt give me the medications I wanted, etc... Do any of you complainers no what its like to be a doctor? Anyone have any idea how many times a day drug seekers hit up doctors? Not saying anyone fits that profile, but how can you fault this man for protecting himself and his licens... read more
I hope this place goes out of business I went to Dr. Neuman's office for back pain a couple months ago. I waited an extra hour in the waiting room, then another half hour in the exam room before someone came in to see me. Like other reviewers, I was examined by medical students without my consent. They didn't even tell me they were med students until later.
DONT GO THERE-ESPECIALLY THE PHARMACY Office Staff Was Very Rude!!! Pharmacist Ever Talks To Me That Way again-I Will Personally Punch His Light's Out-I Came There with a Refill for a 90 Day Prescription For My Pain Meds & They Said it was To Early!!! fred neumann Dr. Neuman is a great doctor. he always takes time to help me out and explain my medical issues. i reccomend him.
"be patient" Even with a scheduled appointment you will wait for HOURS before being allowed to wait in an actual patient room for literally a couple more hours. Dr. Nuemann is a polite, & very knowledgeable doctor, as is his father, however the unacceptable wait time as well as the lack of courtesy from their staff force me to find a different MD. Excellent Doctor I have seen many doctors in my life and Dr. Fred (his father is also practicing in the office) is the best doctor I have ever had. He is very caring and really listens to you. I always feel that he has my best interests at heart. He takes the time to explain what is wrong with me and tells me how I can take better care of myself. Dr. Fred and his entire staff work very hard to ensure everyone has equal opportunity to be taken care of to the best of Dr. Fred's ability.You people need to realize how hard these people work, Learn to have empathy for those people who work very hard to make sure your office visit is a thorough as well as a positive experience. DO NOT SEE DR. Fredric Neumann! I got in for my appt which was for 10:45am. I was taken into the Examining Room until 11:30a. He had some young studying Dr. come to talk to me-without my consent! He popped in for about 10 minutes and said stay here. I just needed my meds. He had me pee in a cup with a nurse watching!! then I sat again, until I finally found him and asked him 'are my meds called in"? "Let's see" and then just proceeded into the nest room!
