Worst experience at a Doctor’s office. It felt more like an Emergency Room. You are asked to fill out all of the forms online before your visit, are still asked to arrive early, where they still ask the same questions you filled out on the form at check in. The appointment was late and rushed. So rude and didn’t even introduce himself before he came in the room. Didn’t even examine my hand.Spent a total of 2 minutes in the room before he he walked out. Do not go here, worst experience ever.
No privacy. Like an ER with curtains except curtains are opened. Dr. Scott never actually stopped walking between patients to talk to me. Never talked to me about recovery. Never physically examined my injury or checked range of motion. Had to ask check out staff what the next step was. Was there for over an hour when the time attended to by the assistant was less than 10 minutes.
Please disregard. Apparently there are two Dr Frederick Scotts in my area. Google doesn't offer me the option to delete this review.
