Referred by my dentist for extraction of a damaged and infected tooth, and implant. The doc, surgical support team, and front office provided me with a detailed explanation of the evaluation and treatment process, put me at ease before and during the procedure, and were clear in their post-op guidance. My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Liu. The whole experience from beginning to end was excellent. My daughter's teeth were impacted, so they were able to see us fairly quickly since we were flexible as to what office to go to. Dr. Liu and his entire staff were helpful and explained everything carefully and patient with any questions. My daughter was nervous and everyone was great about helping ease her anxiety. The assistants were great as was Dr. Liu. I would highly recommend Dr. Liu and his team.

Dr. Liu treated me like a VIP. He took the time to listen to me. He took time to explain the X-Ray and treatment. Dr. Liu thanked me for telling him where to locate the best vein. Thank you Dr. Liu for taking the time to listen and thanked me.

My son had 4 impacted wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Liu. Soon after his procedure I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted. The procedure and charges were explained fully. No pain. Subsequently I broke a front tooth below the gum and needed an implant. I chose Dr Liu. Again, everything went well and he also coordinate with my dentist. I had a dental implant and my daughter saw Dr. Liu for wisdom teeth extraction. Both procedures were very well done, and recovery was quick and problem free. No complications. I would recommend Dr. Liu.

I had an extraction on an infected lower molar, which was difficult to numb due to the infection. Dr. Liu and staff were patient, receptive to my needs and calming. The procedure itself was 100% painless. And very quick, which is ideal for the minimizing of bruising and swelling. I was able to manage my post surgical discomfort with just OTC analgesics, but Dr. Liu made sure I knew I had pain management options.

My dentist sent me here as a dental emergency when my tooth fractured. He insisted I call ASAP to see if tooth removal and bone graft could be performed that day. The receptionist confirmed on the phone that they were in network and said they would squeeze me in (all doctors were in surgeries). I was VERY apprehensive but staff was reassuring and professional. Dr. Liu's manner is soothing and confidence inspiring. Tooth was removed, bone graft done. Very little post surgical pain.

The Centreville Staff LIES and says they take your insurance. They don't what they will say to you is "oh, we 'meant' we'll file the insurance 'for you.'" Then, they won't file it - I called my insurance and they told me Dr. Liu's staff DIDN'T file it or even CALL them! They are liars!!

Excellent doctor. Great bedside manners and knows what he's talking about. Nervous going in and more than happy with my surgery and recovery. My dentist said he's the best and boy was he right.
