They NEVER answer the phone, impossible to get ahold of when you can get answer they are pleasant but ways to hard to reach will be looking for a new eye doctor soon
I've been going to Dr Frost for 20+ years and he has always been amazing! He's now my daughters optometrist and he does great with her too!
I'm not convinced this is a real Eye doctor. They never answer the phone. I've called on a dozen different days dozens of times and never once have they picked up. I've even left a voicemail and they never returned my call. Very unprofessional.
I just had to get on here and so how absolutely wonderful this Dr. office is! They always go above and beyond and so nice about it! ❤️❤️❤️
Been going to his office for about two years now at the recommendation of quite a few of my coworkers and have had nothing but good experiences- from regular appointments to an injury they’ve been nothing but awesome. And he does absolutely fantastic with my very energetic kiddo who started seeing him when he was just 5
