Yesterday they did not answer their phone or return my call. And today when i tried, it said the voicemail was not set up. When I was there a year and a half ago, yes Dr. Frost was great but his office helper needs to be replaced. Also, their waiting area is too small for the amount of patients who go there. Unfortunately, I'm going to look for another Optometrist.
They NEVER answer the phone, impossible to get ahold of when you can get answer they are pleasant but ways to hard to reach will be looking for a new eye doctor soon
I've been going to Dr Frost for 20+ years and he has always been amazing! He's now my daughters optometrist and he does great with her too!
I'm not convinced this is a real Eye doctor. They never answer the phone. I've called on a dozen different days dozens of times and never once have they picked up. I've even left a voicemail and they never returned my call. Very unprofessional.
I just had to get on here and so how absolutely wonderful this Dr. office is! They always go above and beyond and so nice about it! ❤️❤️❤️
