Wonderful surgeon, I couldn’t be happier with the results and he explained everything so I could understand step by step. Thank you! It’s been 13 years since he has done my last surgery but I’m still good still able to walk and most importantly work and live a normal life!
I feel like Dr Marciano and Barrow Brain and Spine put profits ahead of care, maimed me, and left me crippled after I did a fusion that caused adjacent disc disease. He’s a good surgeon, but communication is poor, and I am left unable to work and enjoy my physical activities that I lived for.
Cut ya and forget ya !!! Very disappointed in the level of after care. Go elsewhere
Get a second, third, and fourth opinion before you have surgery and let a doctor put foreign pieces in your body. Unfortunately, it was a mistake, and now Dr. Marciano’s office is not communicating with me. I’m only 42 and may never be able to work or do the things I love because I did not get a second opinion because I thought I was in the best hands. I wish I could do things differently now. Dr. Marciano performed a lower back fusion (L5-S1) on me in 2021. From the day after surgery until today, I have been and still am pain free. He literally changed the trajectory of my life, allowing me to get fully back to all of my prior activities before the nerve pain had become so great I had to quit doing everything.
