Dr. Scott was WONDERFUL! I had what some might consider a small issue but was something that was bothering my day to day life functions and he was the best. I felt heard and supported, like he was really listening to me and helping me try to find the best course of action. His staff is wonderful and super friendly. I went on a Saturday and it was very busy (not the staffs fault, just a lot of patients to see!) but they were awesome about handling it - just a note for people who go on the weekend. I slipped on the ice last evening and hurt one of my fingers. As an orthodontist my fingers are extremely valuable. I saw Dr. Frederick D. Scott, Jr., MD this morning and I received amazing care. He did a thorough exam, took the necessary xrays and thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. In addition to Dr Scott being extremely professional the staff was amazing. I first met Dr. Scott in 2022 because he had done surgery on my best friend‘s hands so I would drive her to her follow ups and he was always fantastic with her and the staff was amazing. I became a patient of Dr. Scott in December 2022 I was having some lower back pain that was pretty bad and Dr. Scott Saw me had me have an MRI we came up with a plan of. As a first-time patient, I found the visit frustrating and disorganized. It took over 20 minutes to locate the office due to unclear directions, no parking signs, and no answer when I called for help (more then 10 times). Upon arrival, no one came to the front for 10–15 minutes, and when an employee Alina finally did, there was little acknowledgment of the delay.
