McAdam and his staff (especially all of the incredibly inept staff at the front desk when you first arrive (all 3 or 4 being nothing more than what seems to be a part of an ongoing tour group with the play "A comedy of errors!"), are the absolute and outright WORST! This was discovered when my wife had been in to see McAdam a few years ago after being rear-ended in a car accident, my wife being not at all thrilled with McAdam's (and subordinate's) sub-standard care. Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Dr McAdam & his staff made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I felt respected and attended to. I found a parking spot right away & knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods and Dr McAdams & P.A. Have seen Dr McAdam twice. The first time he was efficient and the procedure he performed was successful. The second time I saw him (last month) he diagnosed my condition without any diagnostic imaging to confirm, and recommended a procedure without stating any pros/cons. My expectations about the procedure (and its associated pain) were not set appropriately, and his response to the "unexpected" pain I experienced during the procedure was not good. The procedure itself did not achieve the results which were advertised.

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Does this provider treat their staff well? Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Sometimes, a little too often Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
