I’ll save you the time, find a different doctor! I took a chance and decided to see Dr. Jensen. After my second appointment I realized he has a hard time remembering previous appointments. About 6 months ago I experienced a horrible flare and was offered nothing but prednisone. Four months ago I finally got him to write a prescription for medication. I have seen him twice since then and have called repeatedly and he has still not send the prescription to the pharmacy! Now I have vasculitis in my brain and still no one answer... read more
This is the worst physician, I have ever been to!! To start, the receptionist was sitting behind the desk and did not even acknowledge that I was there. She was sitting at the desk with the window closed complaining. When she did finally acknowledge me, she was not happy to do so. She handed me a clipboard and then closed the window, with no instruction. The forms are so outdated and barely legible, I couldn’t fill a lot of it out. Super nice and intelligent. spends the time to talk to you (makes him run late), he probably does not want new patients as I assume he is ready to retire. Yes, contacting their off is a problem, never an answer or a returned call. I will see him as long as he is still seeing patients.
Despite the reviews I decided to take a chance. The office is living in the past there new patient forms are barely legible. No electronic communication. Had one visit doc was over an hour late. I called and called to go over my results and never heard back. Save your time and money.
First rate doctor. Always patient, listens and provides sound diagnosis. Best in Western WA by far
