Poor bedside manor! Rude would not allow us to talk ! Raised his voice spoke to my elderly mom like she was a child. Wish I could tell our insurance not to pay him because he did not deserve not a cent for treating elders this way ! No doctor has the right to speak and treat patients the way he did to my mom no matter how arrogant he is ! Zero stars for him !
Dr..Dr Paola is rude, arrogant, unprofessional. He doesn't communicate with the patient just his computer. He question and doubts what a PT is saying saying"that can't be or not true or you don't know that". Don't question what the pt knows. I don't know how he has any pts at all. STAY AWAY FROM THE so called Doc. Nice way to treat someone in pain that never goes to doc or complains. Ps... This review is from me but for my very close friend that is in pain..SMH!!! Dr. DePaulo is the best!! Made me comfortable and explained everything.
I was very happy with the care I received and felt Dr. DePaola explained things very well and I felt he gave me options if needed all no with recommendations as to what would be best. Then gave time to think about it and get back to him with what works best for me. I would recommend him.
Dr. DePaola is very thorough and takes his time with the patient. He does not rush, asks a lot of questions, answers your questions. He listens to your concerns and gives you all the options. He is very caring and very knowledgeable.
