I have only came to him twice but I can say that today I felt a huge difference from the first time...I feel great...light on my feet ..much looser. I have a very tight neck and I am seeing Dr. Fred Ratio 3 times a week for now. 2nd visit and I already appreciate his work. He does so much more in 5 minutes than another Chiro I had before that had me there for 1 hour and hardly did anything. Well...give Ratio a try. He is the best. I have many more sessions with him and I have no regrets

Injured my knee in Feburary then re-injured it a few months ago. I was in a knee brace daily for over a month but still felt a little pain walking with it. I couldn't walk without limping due to extreme pain when I took it off. After 2 visits I was able to walk without the brace but still couldn't do stairs without a little pain. After 2 more visits and sports tape I'm doing stairs fine. I feel my knee getting stronger because I'm able to walk now. I was considering knee injections before seeing Dr Ratio.
