We have known Dr. Hilburn almost since he went in business. He has never been anything but a perfect gentleman with us. I worked with his mother when she was teaching school atPineville Jr. No problems EVER of any sort.
We love the whole crew. Been using them for several years now.
I was recommended this dentist. He is arrogant, terrible to deal with and the bill he charges sketchy. Also, the receptionists rude. One got orders from him to hang up on me when I called to pay off my balance. I did tell them the last time I was there I was not going to come back because of how rude this dentist was. He is always in a rush and doesn't have good bedside manners. Besides, the first time I went there, the office and even instruments he uses for people's teeth were dirty. I was a patient with Dr. Hilburn for 15 years. One day I had a question about my bill that I did not understand. The secretary quickly became emotionally unstable and hung up the phone on me. I called back three times and each time the secretary would pick up the phone and hang it up immediately without answering. It was very unprofessional and when I talk to Dr. Hilburn about it he accused me of being the one in the wrong. The entire situation did not make any sense. I will never return there.

Most unprofessional dentist office I have ever spoken to. They perform procedures without verifying medical insurance, then bill them for it and hold them financially responsible. The receptionist is the rudest person I've ever spoken to, even hung up on me! According to the receptionist, you can just go pick up your records and not be liable for the bill. Then she goes on to say you will never be allowed to come back again and rudely hangs up. NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE!!!
He is just a wonderful dentist in general and nice
