The receptionist doesn’t want do her job. She keeps picking up the phone and hanging up. She said that she’s gonna take my insurance information and call me back. She never called back. I called 4-5 times today. She’s refusing to answer. I need to see a doctor, which is why I’m calling and she won’t make me an appointment so you’re losing money by having this lady working for you. she is an awful person. They refused multiple times to sign a prior authorization for a prescription they prescribed because Dr.Dwes Dehaut refused to sign for the medication that he prescribed. I wasn’t able to pick up the prescription and I had to go without a vital medication because of this situation. Don’t go to this office they are incompetent and awful. My appointment with Dr. Jean went very well. He is a well educated man with very nice staff. He knew exactly what I was going thru and very helpful with the correct medication. I have multiple follow ups that work with my schedules. I didn't wait long in the waiting room and would recommend his services.
