My prescription refill of an antidepressant I’ve been on for 7+ years ran out during hurricane Helene. I have not been able to make it into appt due to recovering from hurricane and needed a temporary fill (7 days worth) until I can make it in next week because of prep and evac for hurricane Milton. I have been a patient at the office since 2017 and have always paid my bills religiously at the time of service, today I forgot my HSA card and asked if I could call back with the card or be billed . Stephanie at the front desk told me I could not be seen without paying my $30 copay and if I went home to get it that my appointment would be no longer available. Good doctors but poor management. I got a test done months ago and showed up for my follow up two weeks later but then was sent home because they couldn't find the results. I've been told 7+ times since that they would credit me for the appointment and call me with the results but then I never get a call. I now have to dispute this with insurance and go to a different doctor just to request my records and see my results.
