honestly didn’t think I would ever find a doctor who could replace the physician I had up north for more than 40 years, but thankfully I found Dr. Clark. What stands out most is that he takes whatever time is necessary to truly understand what is going on rather than rushing through appointments. He listens carefully, is thoughtful, nonjudgmental, and genuinely works with you to solve the problem, whatever it may be. Very poor customer service. They charged a copay for an annual wellness visit when they shouldn’t have. Charge extra fees if you use a bank card which I’m told is illegal. Each one of these reviews of people sharing grievance is relatable. Beware.
I've had Great care & service since 2016 or 2017 when I first met DC and colleague's. Dr Sarah is a great add to the team as well as Angelina! I would like to see Dr Wong at some point. Price is fair when you are self pay. Insurance is helpful however the plan i was on is not taken, I chose to go here anyways. Over there years there has been MINOR things as others mentioned- waiting time can be extended at times,(but has been corrected) this IS NORMAL especially at busy season!.
