I've had Great care & service since 2016 or 2017 when I first met DC and colleague's. Dr Sarah is a great add to the team as well as Angelina! I would like to see Dr Wong at some point. Price is fair when you are self pay. Insurance is helpful however the plan i was on is not taken, I chose to go here anyways. Over there years there has been MINOR things as others mentioned- waiting time can be extended at times,(but has been corrected) this IS NORMAL especially at busy season!. My prescription refill of an antidepressant I’ve been on for 7+ years ran out during hurricane Helene. I have not been able to make it into appt due to recovering from hurricane and needed a temporary fill (7 days worth) until I can make it in next week because of prep and evac for hurricane Milton. I have been a patient at the office since 2017 and have always paid my bills religiously at the time of service, today I forgot my HSA card and asked if I could call back with the card or be billed . Stephanie at the front desk told me I could not be seen without paying my $30 copay and if I went home to get it that my appointment would be no longer available.
