Dr. Fred is very knowledgeable in his field. He made my kids first time visiting the dentist great. The atmosphere of the rooms is kid friendly. Lots of posters! Highly recommend. I just wish Dr. Fred spoke slower, but he has a limited amount of time to get a lot of information out, so it is understandable. We will be returning in 6 months!
I went to schedule an appointment today for my grandson only to to be told they aren’t doing work inside the dental office because their assistant is out on an extended leave. I was told only doing treatment that requires general anesthesia in a hospital setting. Seriously, how do you run a dental office that advertises accepting new patients and why wouldn’t you look for a temporary replacement while your assistant was out. Just bad business. I’ll be letting delta dental know that you were unavailable.
Dr. Fred was great with my son who is autistic, and so many nice little gifts at the end including a t-shirt!
Dr. Fred, Becky, and Patty are top notch. We have been seeing them for 3 years. They provide the best pediatric dentist care in this area! They educate and encourage their patients and my kids feel confident in their ability to care for their teeth. Their team is all about setting up healthy habits for life. My 2 year old even felt comfortable enough to let Dr. Fred examine his teeth today. Thank you Dr. Fred and team!!
I have been going to Dr Fred for almost 20 years, since I was 2. This office is nothing short of amazing. Patty, Becky and Dr Fred are all so wonderful. If you are looking for patience, empathy and genuinely caring people, you’ve found it. The space is extremely kid friendly and fun. I’ve always looked forward to appointments!
