Frazer was exceptionally helpful. We worked through a lot of issues around performance anxiety in high stress situations. Frazer guided me though the process and what to do when my mind starts getting in the way.

Our 11 year old son worked with Frazer for his motocross racing mental performance journey. Frazer made my son feel comfortable and provided some helpful exercises for thinking through some of those emotional blocks we were experiencing. He provided visuals that made it easy for my son to understand the concepts and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to add some extra tools to their childrens athletic goals!
