Biopsied and later took off 2 squamous cell carcinoma sections on my head. No complications. Minimal scarring. Office staff was efficient, nursing staff was excellent. Wait time was 15-20 minutes in the waiting room.
Dr Korver is the ultimate professional, always listens to ones' concerns and is very conscientious about my potential skin issues. She's a delightful in her approach, very pleasant, and has helped me and my kids with preventative and curative issues. I highly recommend Dr. Gretchen Korver.
Dr. Kiene and his staff were great. They were able to make a nerve racking experience into a stress free time. Everyone was very caring, honest, and straight forward.
Today Dr. Kiene removed margins from a melanoma diagnosis on my arm. He answered all of my questions, took the time to explain clearly what he was going to do, and helped put me at ease. He and his assistants were kind and professional. The office is very professional and it's obvious they care for their patients. Grateful to have a surgeon like Dr. Kiene here in Northern Nevada.
I was very sad to leave my long term dermatologist after our health insurance changed. Luckily my dermatologist gave us a great recommendation to see Dr. Korver. Quickly, I called and set up appointments for my husband and I for our annual skin examinations. I had a bump on my hand and on my head, so I decided to see a dermatologist. When I saw Franz Stadler, he was in a rush and seemed to be working on many patients at the same time as he was working on me. While he was getting ready to remove the bump on my head, he left to go see other patients. When he came back and cut the bump, he cauterized it, and I could smell my hair burning.
