Dr. Pimentel and his staff are very professional, attentive to details and patient. He is very up to date on all recent research and drugs. He takes the time to check you by observing, touching, and reviewing tests results. Wish there were more doctors like him
The most horrific medical experience I've ever had.The doctor's staff were rude, disrepectful, inconsiderate, unprofessional, lack of customer service, and unprepared to handle a simple task. The staff did not know how to enter Humanas portal to produce an authorization for a colonoscopy. The staff kept barking and yelling and slamming the phone to both the Humana representative and myself.
