Dr. Loria & his entire staff are an arrogant, self-absorbed, punitive group. Nasty and VERY hard to deal with, especially Dr Loria!! He should get some anger management training. They say they want you to be a "responsible patient" which basically gives them the excuse to do nothing. Underneath all this is a drive for more $.
