We attended this practice on several occasions but never had the opportunity to meet Dr. Yan. However, we did interact with his receptionist, Maria, whose attitude and approach left much to be desired. During our second visit, she repeatedly asked for my name. I responded each time, but she incorrectly assumed it was my last name. Despite being corrected multiple times, she insisted on her assumption, which came across as dismissive and prejudiced. One of the greatest things I have ever done for myself was to get a CPAP machine. If you value your health, Dr Yan can assist you to a better night's sleep. I used to love sleeping because I needed it, now I love it because my sleep is so good, and who doesn't love their sleep?
I first met Dr Yan around 2006 and he treated my sinus and dust mite allergy. I had an excellent experience with Dr Yan. Around October 2023 I saw Dr Yan again and this time he treated my sleep apnea. I am so glad to have seen him early as my condition was mild and can be treated with dental splinter. I sleep much better now and I no longer snore. My daughter also saw Dr Yan recently as she is experiencing problem breathing. After doing the lung test and was diagnosed with asthma.
