I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Yan at St George Hospital 12 years ago when I was very unwell and smoking a pack of cigarettes per day. I am proud to say I no longer am a smoker , Thanks to him. But I do have lung issues still to this day.I find him to be very professional,courteous and kind.Thanks Dr Yan for looking after me so well over these last few years.. I have been seeing Dr Frank Yan for over a decade for ongoing treatment of nasal and breathing problems. During this long association I have found Dr Yan to be totally client focussed and professional, always seeking the best outcome for his patients. He is a good listener, very considerate and an expert in his profession. He might be a knowledgeable doctor however extremely rude and condescending. The way he answers questions almost comes across that he is barking at his patience. His attitude stinks.
