Frank himself is an amazing doctor and I don't think he would allow anyone to suffer, I think he would try to make some sort of solution but his staff won't even let you talk they cut you off and won't even listen. If you're part of mercy health you could have easily found someone ID, next time have a little empathy instead of screaming over someone.
