Dr Frank Mori has been my Oncologist for over a year now.. his bedside manners is what won me over..his staff completed it all for me, from the front desk too.nurse Esther, Renee and Carmen they are so kind and accommodating. . While Dr. Mori is a good physician, the front office staff at the El Segundo location is shockingly rude and unprofessional. When checking in, do not expect a smile, courtesy, or any indication that they care about their patients or their role. I called the office today and, instead of being greeted with something like “Dr. Mori’s office” or “Providence Oncology,” the person who answered said “Can I help you?” in an impatient tone. I have been seeing Dr. Mori for 2+years. In my experience with Dr. Mori I am grateful for his kindness caring and he helps me learn more than I ever knew I needed to receive.He is very wise, intelligent and accepting.
