Atrocious, left a voicemail and contact number, never got a call back, tried calling and the phones were down for multiple days so there was no way to contact this Dr, then the voicemail on the phone had an email which each time I sent an email it bounced back so the email address was wrong. Then I went to the surgery on opening time at 830am and no one was in the office. People writing bad reports only have themselves to blame.Dr Frank is a true professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He has treated my wife and I with skill and compassion for more years than we care to remember. People are heard being rude and his receptionists have always been firm in standing for no rudeness but always polite and helpful where reciprocated. It takes 4-5 weeks to get an appointment which surely speaks for itself. Dr Frank is also very highly thought of by our long experienced GP.
