Kind and obliging doctor
Excellent consultation. Answered all my queries. Booking ran on time- which is not common when seeing a specialist.
Despite previous negative posts about receptionists, I actually found them to be quite positive. Dr Isaacs on the other hand, I was thoroughly underwhelmed and disappointed with. Upon arriving early for my consultation, I was left in the waiting room for around 45 minutes. When I finally managed to get into the appointment, Dr Isaacs showed almost no interest in my issues, asking limited to no questions. My expirience with Dr.Frank was so far from good or even reasonable. I understand that in certain cases it is not easy to find the right treatment. After my first visit and treantment, the condition was much worse. The doctor provided another treatment and after 2 days of taking AB, I have end up in the hospital with severe reaction. Emergency doctor suggested to stop taking AB and contact doctor. I have tried to call his room a few times for 2 days and phone has never been answered.
