Had eye pain and had been to 2 different drs that couldn’t help me. Dr masci got me right in and treated the problem and was very nice and very confident. Highly recommend
Horrible experience on the phone in what could have been a quick and easy scheduling. I spoke with Tracy. She was rude and thoughtless. I didn't know they had no brains answering the phones over there. My insurance is accepted but I'll take my eye health care someplace else that treats patients with kindness.
After experiencing the sudden, scary onset of eye floaters, I went to Sturdy Hospital emergency room for an evaluation on a Saturday evening. The emergency doctor did a thorough examination and consulted with Dr. Masci by phone. Thankfully, Dr. Masci saw me the following day, Sunday, for a thorough exam. He explained exactly what was going on with my eye, and reassured me that the condition was not serious, although disconcerting. I found Dr. Masci to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. Never have I met such a caring and patient doctor! Today I had a detached retina. The hospital couldn't do anything for me except send me to the doc on call. I had never met him before but boy am I grateful it was Dr Masci today. We met at 6 pm. After examining my eyes and finding the problem he now needed to find a retinal specialist to do a repair.
