I just moved down here and need to find a new dentist and was just calling to ask if they were accepting walk-ins or when I was able to book for a consultation.. the lady had an extremely rude attitude and the way she spoke to me literally killed my mood and I’m already in pain as it is. How are people so miserable? Good luck getting anyone to come to this place with customer service like that! Anyone recommend somewhere I can go?
I have a great deal of faitgh in the team at Dr.Frank D'Alvise in Dundas....very professional, freindly, and absolutely excellent in their team work....my mouth is in THEIR hands......
