Infectious disease involves detailed history taking and physical exam with the history being paramount. Small details are important so that I try to obtain the appropriate history which may also aid in guiding patients to the correct specialist(s).

He is Ignorant and needs go back to school and Educate him self Doesnt believe in Chronic Lyme
Dr. Trinh has just been great. Great expertise and knowledgeable while at the same time has great care for his patients. Highly recommended. Staff is also very courteous and helpful.
The office lied about having enough parking which delayed my appointment just long enough for the doctor to randomly leave the office for an emergency. I drove over an hour for the office to waste my time. Very unprofessional and they didn't want to accommodate me with another doctor. It was bad enough that I had the appointment slots for months, just to not even be seen. Thanks for putting my health at risk and not caring.
The best doctor I have seen in a long time, he listened to me, did his own blood pressure and pulse readings and is very personable. His staff remember my name and are always helpful.
Felt extremely patronized and perhaps listened to, but not heard. Immediately and repeated alluding to depression because he did not know what was causing my physical symptoms. Clearly when you are seeking a specialist, you can be upset, but he had very little patience and zero empathy. I have never written a doctor review before, but I have never had such a bad office visit. The office staff, on the other hand, was extremely professional.
Business response:
I am also sorry that our visit didn't go so well. Infectious Disease consultation requires a detailed history and physical and sometimes it is stressful for some patients to discuss things that make them uncomfortable. It is also not uncommon to tell patients things they disagree with, which makes our job even more difficult to explain the reasons for those opinions. Issues that surround "chronic Lyme" diagnoses are even more challenging as we need to consider many other possibilities. Good luck
