Don't expect Frank, the office manager, or nurse to return your phone calls. I tried for a week to get him to sign a form from the insurance company and still have had no success. I left two messages for the office manager Martha. Never heard from her. The nurse didn't know what was going on. And there's no way to leave a message for Frank himself. It's very frustrating when you need your medication and the staff is irresponsible and uncaring. Find another provider. This one doesn't care.
Very unprofessional, rude and doesn't listen to the patient. The secretary announced to the waiting room one of my medications that I was on in a room full of people. I wouldn't recommend this doctor OR this facility.
