I was very happy to meet with Dr. Lai. He is highly regarded in the Medical Community. He is easy to communicate with and I trust his recommendations.
Dr. Lai is carefully examine my case, and disclose the possible option for me in choosing treatment.
Not recommended to new patient, the office always cancel my appointment without any reason. Rude representative and worst experience that I have ever had.
I have been seeing Dr Lai, for 3 years now. He is very good at his trade, he has a vast knowledge of Urology.
Seems knowledgable and competent. Only complaint is that he opened the exam room door to leave while I was still dressing myself after an examination
