Dr. Lai answered my question about hifu and radiation before I asked it. He was knowledgeable. He was efficient and didn't spend any more time than needed to explain my situation.
Dr. Lai was detailed and explain things in layman's language. Very knowledgeable! Nurse assistant Michelle was very nice and thorough.
Dr. Lai spent sufficient time and answered all our questions to our satisfaction.
It was a great visit no time waiting on anything being done by the staff during my visit.
