I came to Dr. Burns as a second opinion for dry eye syndrome after being frustrated by the lack of communication with my previous eye doctor. I’ve been dealing with this issue for years and never knew that medication I’m taking is probably the cause of my symptoms. Dr Burns also offered real solutions including massage and heated eye masks instead of just trying different drops and no information about progression or improvement. I felt heard. I felt like I mattered.
Everyone was very profession. Very friendly!
Can't imagine going anywhere else for my eye care. From the staff to Dr. Burn I feel like a patient not just a number going through a big eye care center. High recommend.
