I called and made an appt for a consult, and was it was scheduled within a week. I waited less than 5 minutes in the lobby. The staff is so great, and they have a fun office. You can tell they all really like each other and enjoy their jobs. Everyone I met with was so nice. I highly recommend this office!
Dr. Rosenbaum has done cataract surgery in both of my eyes. The results were great, and I couldn't be happier. I found all staff to be pleasant and helpful.

First time at the office, been waiting two hours and still have not seen a doctor
I had my LASIK back in Feb of 2017. The doctors are wonderful and I have had no issues with anyone so far..... However, the front desk people are very annoying, disrespectful and arrogant. They have no basic courtesy to respect people from other nation. There is one single lady who is truly irritating and arrogant. I had reported her to her Director, doesn't seem that lady has corrected anything much at all.
