this so call " receptionists " should really get fired first of all they do not pick up the phone and once they pick the phone after you been on the phone for more than 20 minute they immediately said " please hold" and that hold time is the longest.. very bad sevice
Wait time ridiculous. There are many elderly patients that wait for the doctor to show up. They make appointments early and the doctor does not show up until 1 1/2 to 2 hours later.. horrible very disappointing
Dr. Francisco has been my parent's doctor for many years. He's very warm and caring. His staff is very professional and caring as well.
