Very nice staff. Office is very clean and lovely. Dr. Cuellar is high energy and on the go but is very down to earth, he knows what he's talking about, will take time to answer questions and explain procedures, and this man is an excellent surgeon! He is also very honest, and if he cannot best help you, and you would be better served with a particular kind or different kind of doctor or specialist,etc., he will tell you so, it is NOT that he just does not want to be bothered.
