Very concerning thought mentality she has. She does not uphold her duty to help heal indiscriminately. I would not trust her with any friend family or pet
I found Dr. Mercurio to be kind, friendly, and informative. She’s an excellent doctor with an equally impressive bedside manner. I’m happy to have found a dermatologist and staff that I really like and I’d highly recommend her and her office to friends and family. What a great group of people, thank you for making today’s visit a pleasant one!
Great doctor but what good is it if you cannot get an appointment, even as an existing patient? My mother has called and left messages seeking a follow up appointment - no one calls her back. She ended up in the hospital this weekend for lack of treatment. I tried myself calling today (both numbers) and each time was routed to a holding system ...30 minutes later, still no one answers. Also, it's Monday and they are open.
I am a physician myself. Dr. Olander is wonderful. He is extremely kind and very competent. His office is just himself and two staff people. He's always been on time for my appointments. It's a lovely small, independent practice and they have been very helpful through both routine preventative and more urgent matter care.
I had a terrible experience with this dr. I scheduled a physical on 12/2020. I choose a family Dr expecting I'd get at a Papanicolaou test done but no. She only checked my ears because I asked for it. I told her I had some back pain and wonder if she would refer me to physical therapy as it was covid time and one I do not like Gyms and I was scared to go one. What happened to all the other reviews? I can't believe this man is even a doctor. He specialized in abortions. No I'm not against it entirely, however the way he has treated me is disgusting and I'm sure and good review was paid for or is associated with this so called doctor. I warn you now do not ever go to this doctor. I guarantee you will regret it and will remember this review. It all starts with the woman at the front desk who also answers phone. Dr morris treated me for serious past joint and muscle damage. He was precise with the injections.i trust him completely.very concerned and compassionate about his patients achieving pain relief.im sad he left the canandaigua office.i need more injections and dont trust anyone else.
