Doctor Brooks is great and caring, however, his elderly CNA is rude, unprofessional, violates HIPAA, a nosy busy-body, and tries to push POT. Doctor Brooks is brilliant, passionate about helping his patients, and truly cares for and about them. I called his office several weeks ago to make a follow-up appointment and found out via a recording that the office is permanently CLOSED. NO explanation given and you cannot talk with a human. They care about the pain you're going through. They explain everything to you , I finally feel human again and it's the pain that's gone .,without feeling groggy so I can truly enjoy my family . Grateful isn't a strong enough word to express how thankful I am .

Dr. Brooks is a dear of a human who sadly doesn’t seem competent to practice medicine anymore. Something very suspicious is going on when a family member has to be present to speak on behalf of the doctor. He identified himself as the doctor’s son. It was all very strange. When I inquired about my concerns, I was treated poorly by the doctor’s son- even laughed at- and not allowed to speak to the only other female in the office.
