Mentioned I had other "ailments" to Brennan - he said & I quote "you have a 15 minute appointment regarding esophagus issues"....."when you call you need to make sure you request more than 15 minutes" What??? Receptionist has never said how long my appt would be in 2 years going here. Told Brennan other ailments may be related...He said...ok..rattle them off to me... I walked out - never going back. STAY AWAY. Should not be in practice.
The entire practice is terrible. Not one doctor there is helpful or spends any quality time with you. They are in and out as quickly as possible. Reception staff is incredibly rude. They make you feel like you are making them all stop socializing and actually do their job. Saying "what do you want" when you approach the reception area is unacceptable. If you want honest, quality medical care with a pleasant and caring bedside manner, go elsewhere.
Dr Brennan is very new to me, but I found Dr. B. to be very professional, he gets to the issues at had immediately, refills requested are filled promptly, The staff also very professional and they help you with any issue you may have. Dr. B. Pays strict attention to your meds, very caring! Your are made to feel that you matter!
Complete jerk today! Office is so dirty, stained and out dated! I've been meaning to switch GP...after today's horrible visit! I'm out of there!
